Jewish meditation

Meditation - or as it is called in Hebrew: solitude, observation, uniqueness and meaning - is a Kabbailstic tradition thousands of years old, which was practiced religiously by our forefathers, our prophets and teachers. It is a unique method which includes meaning, mantras, simulation, prayer and observance as means of intention.

It is work on our consciousness, and training of our thoughts to be present, rather than escape to action, without the fear of the here and now. Understanding that presence is a necessary condition for action to exist.

Meditation is not rest. It works on a subconscious level deeper than our regular daily consciousness.

It is a mental exercise - exercise for your soul. And it brings change to your mental state and thought process - Especially when practiced daily!

Jewish meditation leads to peace of mind.

Our brain tends to constantly create thoughts, we think too much, and too ineffectively. Meditation works on our respiratory system, and creates an understanding that our soul is very jumpy - active on redundant things, teaching you that you should not be enslaved to your thoughts.

Jewish meditation is characterized by the connection to the beyond personal dimension, and is different from other meditations by asking who is human?

Me who observes, not the one who thinks but the one who observes the thought. For example observing my sadness.

That is why Jewish meditation is called observation.

We can teach you this amazing tool as part of our individual or group meetings devoted to this subject.
